Last night a neighbour had a party and there was a
lot of shouting and loud noises between 11pm and 2 am.
I layed in bed hearing them like they were all in the same room as I was.
_____________
I tried to ignore them and concentrate on my sleep.
It worked for a while but then I began to listen
to the noise again and then I told myself to stop doing that and etc . etc.
For some reason around 1 am I began to
think about how it feels to feel and what comes first;
my feelings or my thoughts?
Where are my feelings and how do they really feel when I feel?

Many so called feelings are not real feelings
but thoughts jumping a round in our heads making us "feel" things.
____________
A good thing to do if you would like to get in touch
with what you feel is to try and do a body scanning.
You then search your body from the toes to
the top of your head
and try and feel what you feel in each part.
Not as easy as one would think.
I found out that I don´t feel much in my left side
of my body and that I have something problematic going on in my left shoulder.
____________
What goes on in our minds certainly effects how and what we feel.
Some people believe that PMS are nothing but oppressed
emotions that goes way back in each individual female.
When PMS hits you it really hits you but I believe
one can take charge of it and not let it be in charge of you.
_____________
If one is aware of how ones mind behaves
during a cycle it is a bit easier to be nice to oneself.
All the year around.
Not just when we have PMS.
Stress makes PMS much worse too.
__________
Relax.
Eat well.
Love yourself.
Eat well.
Love yourself.
Look after your needs to.
And think of all the things you get done during PMS.
