This evening I started a new course.
A course in Mindfulness.
A mind-full-of -thoughts-needs -to -find- stillness.
It was fun and I was extremely relaxed afterwards.
I would like teach classes like this myself one day as
I´d love to change my career into working
with personal development.
Hope to take some courses in Reiki -healing as well.
To get in touch with my guides and angels would be interesting too.
So far I don´t think they have heard me.
I asked them show me red birds and footballs with dots on
if they really excited.
The angels and guides , I mean:-)
But I haven´t seen it yet,
Nor the red birds, footballs or any angels.
But I´ll wait for it to happened.

WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?
1. Mindfulness is the ability to cultivate awareness of the present moment
while putting aside our lenses of judgment.
2. It´s about being here and now. You learn to feel more balanced in mind and body.
3 .The practice of mindfulness is about learning how to control our own minds, instead of our minds controlling us.
4. Mindfulness has it´s roots in Buddhism.
